In 2006 we appointed Portman Business Consultancy to assist us with our Business Strategy to 2010.

The key targets we established were:

• Instigate an intense, bespoke training and coaching programme for all staff and Directors
• Produce Personal Development Plans and Key Outputs for all staff
• Establish a new, creative Central London Office
• Nurture more collaborative and reciprocal relationships with our Clients / Consultants
• Establish a clear succession plan

We are on target with all of these and the success of this is reflected in our market position.
