The success of our business is down to the delivery of our projects. As a result, two years ago we implemented Project Closure Plus (PCP). This is a commitment to our Clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time and snag free.

The key ingredients to its success are:

• Staff and sub-contractor / supplier buy in
• Regular sub-contractor monitoring meetings
• Benchmarking and snagging
• Programme progress reviews
• Director level involvement and monitoring
• Early sub-contractor retention release incentive

To achieve Project Closure Plus our PCP Certificate must be signed by the Client / Client's representative.  In 2007 we achieved a 68% success rate and currently, in 2008, we are targeting a 75% success rate.
