The benefits of this procurement route allow us to contribute our management expertise at an early stage in areas such as; value engineering, buildability, programme and cost advice and by managing the project to a successful completion.

This allows design and construction phases to run concurrently to provide the earliest occupation, whilst providing continuity in cost, quality and programme control.
