Where projects comprise a large number of high quality design and build packages or are complex in nature, BW Interiors can act as construction manager - coordinating and managing both the design and construction activities of each of the sub-contractors.

As a fee-based consultant during the programme, we would monitor and control all aspects of cost, quality and time, whilst facilitating direct and close links between the client and sub-contractors.

Alternatively, we can provide a full design and build service in the capacity of Main Contractor.
