Client Aftercare

As part of Project Closure Plus, our Aftercare service is specifically for end users rather than surveyors and architects. We have a `Client for life` philosophy and allocate an Aftercare Manager to each specific client who is then responsible for any works regardless of what they might be. The dedicated Aftercare Manager will have access to the same tradesmen, suppliers, specialists and personnel involved with your original project (if a BW Interiors fit out) and as such, we can guarantee that the quality of any additional works which may be required, regardless of size, will be carried out to the same standards as the original, at an agreed price and in an agreed timescale.

Planned Maintenance

We offer a comprehensive service for planned maintenance covering both the maintenance of plant as well as maintaining the fabric. With an integrated planned maintenance approach our intention is to lighten your load by taking the worry of organising the various works off your shoulders, therefore allowing you to concentrate on your own work. We will ensure that services are regularly checked and maintained and we will advise you if parts are in need of replacing. This will minimise the chance of equipment going wrong at a critical time and also give you peace of mind that this is being taken care of.
