A significant share of our workload is secured on a negotiated basis (40% in 2007) and reflects the trust and confidence we have cultivated with existing Clients over the years. Indeed through word of mouth more and more Clients are choosing BW Interiors to proceed on this negotiation basis.

This procurement route is often considered where the design overlaps construction in order to meet Client logistical requirements.
