BW Interiors have successfully completed this 50,000 sq ft Cat A fit-out for Investment & Wealth Management Company Foreign & Colonial.

This £7.3m project included the complete soft strip removal of all asbestos and capital plant ready for new installation.  Services installations comprise of new main plant and fan coil unit / chilled water system.

Works also included;

  • Reglazing to facade and structural alterations to extend a new mansard roof in redundant 7th floor plant room to increase lettable area.
  • New lift installation and structural works to extend lift shaft to 7th floor.
  • New Hyflex roof membrane.
  • Reception area works include new canopy and entrance screen as well as a concrete finish reception desk.
  • High spec toilet fit-out with bespoke joinery panelling.
