This £2.2 million project in London's St James's for prestigious Westminster law firm, Bircham Dyson Bell required a high grade fit-out of five floors.

This classically stylish project designed by MCM Architects creates the new principal offices for Bircham Dyson Bell who were originally located in three offices around the Westminster area. Working in conjunction with the base-build contractor the works comprised substantial mechanical and electrical modifications and the fit-out of high quality cellular and open planned offices as well as executive boardroom, formal and informal meeting rooms, library, training rooms, full commercial kitchen and reception area on five floors measuring 47,000 sq ft.
