This project for JP Morgan Chase involved redeveloping a Cat. A fit-out to an upgraded Cat. B fit-out over three floors.

The project consisted of the installation of new fully air conditioned, fire protected and environmentally controlled computer rooms and SER rooms, the installation of new IT cabling throughout to all workstations and the relocation of existing services (including sprinkler systems) to suit the new office arrangements.

Works also included the construction of new meeting rooms, offices and several tea points and break-out areas including sundry joinery items.
