This project for investment agents, Redburn & Partners, involved refurbishment works to the Second Floor at 75 King William Street with the surrounding floors remaining in occupation.

Refurbishment works included the refurbishment of the reception area, incorporating feature lighting and the installation of a new reception desk, new kitchen and break-out area, glazed offices and trading floor.

The project also incorporated modifications to the mechanical and electrical system, lining and levelling to the existing ceiling, raised floor alterations, decorations and carpets and also refreshment works to the toilet cores including new vanity units and floor tiling.
