The complete strip-out and refurbishment of nine floors at Steel House in Westminster for Scottish Widows.
This project at Steel House in Tothill Street was carried out for Scottish Widows, as the Client, whilst incorporating the needs of the contracted tenants, The Lord Chancellors Department.
The £3.8 million project, designed by BW Interiors' Architects Stanley Peach & Partners, comprises new M&E services, cellular offices, executive boardrooms, meeting rooms, tea points, and internet breakout areas to a dynamic Ground Floor.
