This project for the British Horseracing Board involved the fitting out of the Ground, Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Floors of 151 Shaftesbury Avenue.

Works generally consisted of the restacking of Floors Five, Six and Seven and fitting out to Cat B. from shell and core. Works were carried out over thirteen weeks and included ceiling alterations, feature plasterboard ceilings, installing new flooring, feature glazing and decorations throughout. The project also involved specialist joinery including break-out areas, new reception desk, tea points, kitchenette, shelving and storage. Mechanical and electrical works included modifications to the existing installation along with new door access control systems including CCTV and a new AV installation.
