The project for UBS Investment Bank consisted of the fit-out of part First and part Ground Floor at Mercury House, Triton Court to form new meeting room suites, open plan office areas, vending and break areas and IT Hub Room.
The Cat. A fit-out works included new ceilings and raised floor, decorations, installation of new mechanical and electrical services, fire alarms, security systems and IT data installations. The project allowed for the early partial handover of the IT Hub Room and completed with BW Interiors managing the Client's furniture move.
