This project was won in fierce competition from other major fitting out contractors and involved the fit-out of 30,000sq.ft. from Cat. A to Cat. B of the Sixth Floor at Belgrave House.

The scope of works for the project involved cellularisation works including meeting room, board rooms and break-out areas. The project also incorporated a new gymnasium, shower and changing areas, kitchen and food preparation areas and new finishes and specialist joinery throughout (including a new reception desk). Mechanical and electrical adaptions included the installation of a new State of the Art Comms Room, flood wired Cat. 6 installation 3200 point and a comprehensive audio visual installation.
