A competitively tendered design and fit-out project for Wren Insurance, part of the BRIT Group.

The Scope of Works included the modification and addition of the existing mechanical and electrical installations. The installation of 2 No. new computer rooms with separate air conditioning and early warning smoke detection systems together with complete voice and data installations.

The existing finishings, partitions and ceilings were removed in their entirety with new high quality timber partitions and ceilings being installed, including enhanced areas such as the boardroom, vending areas, reception, dining rooms, kitchen and canteen.

Lastly the inclusion of all furniture together with coordination of associated services into position and the Clients' move from their old address to the new.
