This project for the Willis Group took place with the Client in occupation throughout the project, with the majority of works undertaken out of normal hours.
Works included the strip-out and refurbishment of common parts, staircase lobbies and toilets, the refurbishment of meeting rooms and cafeteria on the Second Floor and the refurbishment of the Ground Floor reception.
Refurbishment works to the toilets and lobbies consisted of white stonework, mosaic tiling, slate effect tiling with new basins, lighting, panelling, mirrors and vanity units to the toilets and new partitions, decorations and floor coverings to the meeting rooms and offices.
Reception works involved the installation of natural stone flooring, white stone wall cladding, suede effect wall coverings, a new reception desk, plasma screen, glass storage wall and stainless steel lift fronts
