The works were carried out on level 6 of Ibex House, a 1930's Art Deco, listed building and comprised of the following. Complete strip out of 22k sq. ft. of dated floor space followed by the fit-out to Cat. A including all new services to provide a modern air conditioned environment for prospective new tenants. The works included the installation of a new raised access floor, individual suspended ceiling rafts and the provision of two new toilet blocks. The new lettable space is served by new air conditioning units, supplementary perimeter heating and under floor power.
