This highly prestigious project for worldwide property company Savills PLC in Lansdowne House situated in the Berkley Square W1.

The project duration was 15 weeks and incorporated the installation of a new reception area, meeting suites and a feature executive boardroom with a state of the art Audio Visual installation throughout. A pantry for corporate entertainment was installed along with 2 high specification breakout areas for associates. The existing mechanical VAV system was adapted to suit the new layout but a complete new electrical and data installation was carried out included feature lighting throughout. New visitor's w/c facilities were installed along with staff shower facilities.

The project also included bespoke joinery and glass partitioning to all meeting rooms and cellularised office areas.
