This Challenging project for leading private equity firm Lion Capital involved the expansion of their existing premises to match their existing high quality finishes.

The project duration was 14 weeks and involved the fit-out of adjacent office space to form new partners offices, meeting rooms and expanded financial section. The works were carried out in this fully occupied building with minimal disruption to the clients day to day business. Existing Mechanical and Electrical services have been successfully adapted to suit new layouts. Finishes consisted of new limestone flooring, walnut screens and doors, carpeting and new bespoke walnut furniture to all areas.

All finishes had been chosen to match and fully complement the existing offices high quality specifications.

A new connecting walnut finished steel staircase forms the centrepiece of this prestigious project.
