This project involved the strip out of existing offices and reception including all services and reinstatement back to Cat. A whilst the building was partially occupied.

The project consisted of a full strip out of existing finishes and services back to a shell and core finish to four floors and two toilet blocks on levels 1 and 6 and the refurbishment of the reception and entrance area maintaining access for the existing tenants and visitors at all times.

During the Construction process there were various structural works undertaken to install a new light well from the lower ground to first floor to obtain as much light to the ground and lower ground floors which were extremely dark due to the surrounding premises.

All areas were re-instated to Cat. A finish with new Mechanical and Electrical services including fire alarms and security / access control.

The Reception and toilets were re-installed to a very high specification with new stone floors and walnut panelled walls and stone floors with feature glazing.
