Fit-out of the ground floor reception, 1st and 2nd floors. Two staircases and externals.

This was a highly designed project bt SPPARC Architecture. It was designed to incorporatenew spacious offices, breakout areas.

There were feature poles and canopies to the main reception and on the main office floors.

The floor finishes was very detailed in relation to the carpets and Amtico flooring.

There was a new generator and enclosure installed rear of the building.

Zurich was completed to a very high specification and design.

The overall design for the manifestations was very different to most films applied to glazing units.
