Harbour Exchange Square, London E14

This project has come about as a result of a merger between the Bank of New York and Mellon, the merger has resulted in the requirement to relocate / house a number of additional staff with the brief being that the standards of the Bank of New York existing accommodation should be maintained for this project.

This project was a 12,000 sq ft restack, all of the existing works were to be stripped out but the ceiling and light fittings were to be retained. the fit-out works consisted of Mechanical & Electrical modification, installation of new Cat. 6 IT cabling, new partitions and tea points, specialist joinery, new flooring, decorations and carpets throughout.

In addition to the fit-out works there was a requirement to modify an existing Deli bar for the incoming tenant. The project was on extremely tight time scales and the works were carried out over a period of 6 weeks.
