Cat. A fit-out, complete strip. All services were removed and taken back to the riser cupboards. All new services and ceiling installations along with new floor and wall finishes. Refurbishment of toilets and reception was also under taken as part of the package.

Cat. A fit-out including full removal of existing services installations and making safe in preparation for new, London EC3. All existing partitions, ceiling grid, floor and wall finishes were also fully removed and made good. New installations of both mechanical and electrical elements specifically relating to new light fittings and smoke heads with all sprinkler heads changed from solid drops ro rapid drops.

The male, female and desabled toilets were fully stripped out and replaced with an entirely new cubicle system with new sanitary ware, WC's and urinals throughout with the disabled toilets installed to DDA requirements. New wall and floor tiling complimented by new lights throughout the area helped to give the area a more hygienic and spacious feel.

The work undertaken to the reception area was required to be completed out of hours in order for the area to remain operational throughout. This was completed in liaison with the client and reception staff ensuring no inconvenience was caused whatsoever. New timber panelling was installed throughout the lift lobby area, all existing tiling was thoroughly cleaned and regrouted where necessary and the new reception ceiling installation included a continuous perimeter light trough. On the whole, the project was a great success with both the client and building management expressing their satisfaction upon completion.
