This project was carried out in a fully occupied office block in the middle of a busy Reading town centre for LaSalle Investment and was completed to a very tight schedule using day and night shifts.

Refurbishment works included the stripping out of two floors and returning to a Cat A finish, refurbishment of the existing staircase area, access was via a goods / passenger hoist which was attached to the side of the building.

The project also incorporated new mechanical and electrical systems, new wall linings and a lay ceiling which were fixed between down stand beams, breaking out existing floor screed, this then allowed new raised floor installation following finishing trades were phased into the works which included decorations and window modifications.
