This Two Stage competitively tendered project for a leading international legal and financial company saw them move into the top 3 floors of one of London's landmark office developments.

The project, a Two Stage Cat. A - Cat. B fit-out was completed over 2 phases to suit the clients lease agreement.

The total square footage of the project is 32,181 square feel (10,727 sqare feet per floor) and the works consisted of building services modifications to suit the cellularisation, a collection of offices to the boardrooms, kitchens, tea points, showers, forensic lab, equipment stores and break out area. The works include new IT, AV and security installations along with a new communications room and IT build room. In addition there are finishes throughout including finishes and joinery.
