This fast track project for Criterion Capital within the prestigious landmark shopping centre office block in Slough was completed to a very tight schedule using day and out of hour shifts, allowing existing facilities within an occupied building to be maintained throughout our occupation.

Refurbishment over 5th, 4th, 3rd and 1st floors forming new WC's and full mechanical and electrical services. Works included the refurbishment of the reception area and lifts, incorporating feature lighting through common parts lift lobbies with the installation of a new reception desk within the ground floor.

The project also incorporated extensive modifications to external building fabric through all floors, including goods area leading to a newly constructed executive lift and welcome area, with enclosed car parking facilities and roofed walk way leading towards rear reception area.
