This Bank of America project consisted of the fit-out of a Delicatessen Area, formation of a Conference Area and Meeting Rooms on the Fourth Floor of the building in Bromley for use by Bank of America's staff.

The works comprised new mechanical and electrical services for the kitchen, conference areas and meeting rooms, which included new extract canopies with roof plant, small power, water supplies, specialist lighting and fire system modifications with IT and AV installations undertaken where necessary to suit the Bank's requirements. The fit-out of the Delicatessen Area included the installation of specialist kitchen equipment, servery counters and central islands, with new ceilings, partitions, wall and floor finishes throughout.
