This prestigious project for Bridgepoint Capital, a leading European provider of private equity, involved the fitting-out of their new London offices, from Cat. A to Cat. B.

Being corporate dealers in the financial market, it was important that occupation was taken before their current lease ran out. With a project duration of ten weeks, works incorporated the installation of a new reception area, boardroom, meeting suites, break-out areas and fully serviced kitchen, new male toilets and basement shower rooms. Existing mechanical and electrical services were adapted to suit the new layouts with new data and security installations provided. Finishes included high quality joinery, large electric glass sliding doors, double and single glazed partitioning, stone and carpet flooring.

Audio visual was installed to all meeting and board rooms, with a new Comms Room handed over in six weeks to allow Bridgepoint's in house specialists to have ready the data infrastructure before Client occupation.
