Euston Square Hotel, London NW1

This £1.6 million project for Edgecross Limited at the Euston Square Hotel involved the strip-out of the existing Third and Fourth Floor hotel rooms and the renewal of walls, ceilings, flooring and services to form new high quality rooms.

Rooms consisted of double and single rooms with en-suite bathrooms built across two floors; the works involved the installation of new carpets, wall finishes, ceilings, mosaic tiling, new sanitaryware and showers.
