The design and Cat. A fit-out of the Sixth, Eighth and Ninth Floors of Reading Bridge House, the refurbishment of the Ground Floor Reception and Main Entrance, the External Link Bridge and Lower Ground Floor Management Suite.

Office fit-out works incorporated the strip-out of existing finishes, demolition of existing staircases Ninth to Fifth Floors, new raised access flooring with underfloor air conditioning, new suspended ceilings, structural modifications to façade supports and refurbished WCs featuring mirror TV monitors.

Main Entrance works featured aluminium louvre panels, limestone paving, sliding automatic screens, bladed glass and steel canopy and new balustrading to the Link Bridge. Reception works included new stone-topped desk, signage, limestone flooring and feature polished plaster panels. Infrastructure improvements included the refurbishment of existing passenger lifts and services riser conversion works. Finally, rooftop air conditioning plant was installed on bespoke structural steelwork support system.
