This project for Exemplar Properties involved refurbishment works to bring the building at 23-26 Austin Friars back from Cat. B to Cat. A.

In addition to this, various structural modifications were required in order to increase the lettable floor space. A major high specification overhaul of the toilets was carried out and a new shower room installed. The project also included mechanical and electrical alterations, lift refurbishment works, new ceilings and raised floor alterations, with new decorations and carpets throughout. External works to the building comprised stone cleaning and repairs, roof repairs and window redecoration works.
