This large commercial fit-out of this nine-storey office building for the Threadneedle Asset Management and Marchday Group plc Consortium, Holborn Gate Limited Partnership, required both the strip-out and fit-out works to a fast track rolling programme.

The works included both internal Cat. A fit-out inclusive of full mechanical and electrical installations as well as the challenges of carrying out external refurbishments to all facades on main high streets. As well as the very high standard of fit-out to the offices on all floors two large elegant receptions were also completed.
