This project for The Crown Estate comprised the complete strip-out of three buildings; Mitre House, Sceptre House and Bell House.
The works included various structural works, the strip-out and replacement of a new lift, external fabric repairs to roof work, brickwork, decorations and the overhauling of all windows (including new secondary and double glazing).
Internal works included the replacement of all mechanical plant and equipment, new air conditioning including heating and cooling systems, new and refurbished domestic water systems and small power and lighting throughout. Other works included the installation of tea points and WCs throughout including ceilings, wall finishes and floor finishes.
