Strip-out and Cat. B Fit-out of the Ground, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors at Davenport House; comprising of high specification reception, boardrooms, lounge areas and offices.

Works included the strip-out and installation of new meeting rooms, tea points and WC's across 4 floors. Refurbishment of the reception area and lifts incorporated feature lighting through common parts and lift lobbies.

The project also included the installation of a Plant room on the 4th floor.
