Research International

6 More London, London SE1

This prestigious project for Research International involved the fitting-out of new offices over two floors from Cat. A to Cat. B for over 500 employees with a new basement Comms Room.

Works incorporated the installation of new offices, boardroom, meeting suites and break-out areas and full serviced hospitality suites. Existing mechanical and electrical services were adapted to suit the new layouts with new data and security installations provided; audio visual and IT were installed by Client-direct contractors. Finishes included high quality joinery, double and single glazed partitioning, carpet flooring, decorations throughout and specialist digital manifestations to all glazed partitions.

The large basement area Comms Room involved the installation of downflow units, UPS, Vesda and Inergen systems and was completed in six weeks to allow the Clients IT specialists early access. Store rooms, shower room and disabled shower were also constructed with provisions made for a future generator to the roof including all necessary works, cable ways etc.
