Universal Music

Kensington High Street, London W1

This competitively tendered project for Universal Music saw them move to a recently refurbished property in Kensington High Street, with the base build completed in tandem with the fit-out works.

The project consisted of a shell and core fit-out from Basement to Seventh Floor with cellular works to meeting rooms, board rooms, break-out areas and tea points. The project included a new reception, restaurant, kitchens and recording studios with new raised floors, ceilings and specialist finishes including stone floors (lift lobbies), decorations to common parts and new furniture throughout.

New and modified mechanical installation works were carried out with new small power and lighting, including a State of the Art Comms room and IT installations.
