This competitively tendered project for Grey Global saw them relocate their London Headquarters into the newly completed Derwent Valley development, The Johnson Building, in Hatton Garden.

The works comprised the Cat. B fit-out of 51,000 sq. ft. of office space over Lower Ground through to the Sixth Floor of a multi-tenanted building with the added challenge of numerous concurrent fit-outs for other tenants. The key features of this fit-out were the high quality joinery finishes to the reception bar and break out areas. In addition to this, a collection of cellular offices and meeting rooms were provided with alterations to the existing under floor comfort cooling to suit the revised layout.
