This Project was a two staged procured, Cat. B fit-out of the 3rd, 4th to 5th floors and Cat. A fit-out of Grounds, 1st and 2nd floors at 10 Great Pulteney Street.

Following a successful second stage pre-construction period works were completed and handed over 20 weeks later. Early Handover of the communications room enabled the client to ensure all data and communication services were up and running in readiness for occupation upon handover.

Works consisted of replacement building services installations to suit the cellurisation, a collection of office, quiet rooms, breakout / tea points, project rooms and themed meeting rooms, cafe, reception and open plan office areas. The works included new IT, AV and security installations along with a new communications room and IT workroom. In addition, there was high quality finishes throughout including specialist finishes and bespoke fabric joinery and lighting design.

Refurbishment and refresh of the ground floor reception together with the ground floor back of house area and 1st and 2nd floor office space provided open plan lettable office space.

Common parts including main and secondary stairs and toilets were refurbished.
