The Danby Building - Oxford Science Park
This competitively tendered project for medical technological company Becton Dickinson sees them move into the Danby Building situated in the innovative Oxford Science Park.
The project consisted of the Cat. B fit-out of all four floors with cellurisation works to meeting rooms, offices, boardrooms, operational and training laboratory suites, along with breakout lounges. The project included two new feature atrium areas, fully functional restaurant, hospitality kitchens and gymnasium. Specialist raft ceilings with centre consoles were installed throughout, including limestone to main staircase and atrium feature Domys tops to team space and breakout areas, specialist wall finishes and decoration throughout and new high specification furniture.
