Fit-out of the 34th, 35th and 36th floors of the Twin Towers at Sheikh Zayed Road for JWT, the fourth largest advertising agency in the world.

The works comprise the fitting out of the reception area, canteen, 2 conference rooms, server room, break out area, quiet rooms, storage rooms, library and spraying / mounting room.

The Client also specified the creation of an awards area to display the company's trophies and certificates in a flattering yet discrete manner.

In addition to the above the Client also wishes for the placement of the following:

  • A treadmill on every floor
  • A ping pong / conference table
  • Sleeping pods in a de-stress lounge
  • Elevated rooms, hammocks hung from the ceiling
  • Hidden room with secret door
  • Bar
  • Feng Shui
  • Driving directions between offices, interactive floor plans on line to locate people more easily
